Overview

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where refunds cannot be granted:

  • Any item that has been personalized with embroidery
  • Any item that has been made as a special order with specific fabric and size
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you notification that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 business days, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at joaniebcreations@yahoo.com

 Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges or Repairs

Each item is handmade individually in my home. I inspect each item carefully to check stitches and garment structure. I will only replace or repair items if they are defective as a result of a sewing error. If a seam fails and needs to be repaired, send me an email with a picture of the defect to joaniebcreations@yahoo.com and mail your item to: 1400 50th St N St. Petersburg, FL 33710 The severity of the repair will determine my turn around time. If it is unrepairable, I will make you another one if possible or refund you for the full amount.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
